Re-use of plans and special reduced pricing
A special reduced price will be given for a stock plan you have already purchased within one year of the original purchase. If you have a large project involving many lots and would like to use several different Suntel Home Designs, contact Kathleen our marketing specialists. She will be able to advise you and coordinate your design selections. Special pricing will be given on a multi purchase of different stock designs. Please call our office for special pricing.
